A Little Help for Home Accountants

If you are a new MyNetWorth or MyNetWorth Preview user, who intends using MyNetWorth to run your Home accounts, you can save some time and effort by importing a set of accounts designed to match my concept of the typical household:

You will need to amend the accounts tree to suit your particular circumstances but it will, I hope, give you a good starting point. You can import the Home Accounts Tree by selecting the Home Accounts Tree submenu item of the New Transaction File menu item in the File Menu of MyNetWorth and MyNetWorth for Windows. If you are using iNetWorth, you can import the Home Accounts Tree in the Edit Accounts View after creating a new Transactions File.
